About AGED Trust

As a Special Needs Trust provider, we administer d(4)(C) Pooled Trusts, Third-Party Pooled Trusts, d(4)(A) disability trusts, Third-Party Supplemental Needs Trusts drafted by attorneys. and individual trusts. We are also the administrative trustee for the State of Florida’s d(4)(C) Florida Public Guardianship Trust.

Who Does an AGED Trust Help?

Every day, Florida seniors and individuals with disabilities are denied access to much needed government services, like Medicaid. Often, these individuals are only $100 over the limit, yet they are told they make too much money to qualify.

An AGED Trust removes the financial barrier, allowing people to access much-needed Medicaid benefits to reduce medication costs, eliminate copays and out of pocket spending, and to afford Assisted Living or Nursing Home expenses.

An AGED Trust can help:

  • Seniors or individuals with disabilities in Florida who are unable to work
  • Nursing Home or Assisted Living Residents
  • People who cannot afford their medications or copays
  • Adults with developmental disabilities

Why AGED Trust?

We accept accounts of any size, with no minimum or maximum balance, making support accessible to everyone, no matter their financial situation.

As a Special Needs Trust provider, we administer d(4)(C) Pooled Trusts, Third-Party Pooled Trusts, d(4)(A) disability trusts, Third-Party Supplemental Needs Trusts drafted by attorneys. and individual trusts.
