Important Changes at AGED, Inc. for 2017

This page will be updated with additional information in the coming weeks. Please check back often.

As of July 1, 2017, AGED is implementing a new software system for managing Trust Accounts, which will allow us to more efficiently serve the needs of our clients.

What this means for our clients:

  • Trust account numbers are changing as of July 1, 2017.
  • Automatic Transfers must be changed. Any electronic (ACH) transfers going into your current trust account must be stopped or changed to go into your new trust account as of July 1, 2017.
  • AGED can now setup an automatic transfer from your bank account into your trust account. Complete the Client Authorization for Direct Transfer VIA ACH form (click link for form), and return it to AGED along with a voided check or letter from the bank showing checking and routing numbers.
  • Deposits via Mail: There will be no changes. You may continue to mail checks to AGED to be deposited into your trust account.
  • Deposits at a bank branch: As of July 1, 2017 deposits will need to be made a SunTrust bank branch. AGED will be providing detailed deposit instructions in early June.
  • New Deposit Instructions for AGED Trusts – Effective July 1, 2017 *Please call the office to obtain deposit instructions*
  • New Deposit Instructions for FPG Trusts – Effective July 1, 2017 *Please call the office to obtain deposit instructions*

  • Trust statements will be easier to read.
  • Advocates will have the option for online access to view statements and account activity.
  • Statements will now come from AGED, and will be mailed on a quarterly basis. The December statement will include the activity for the entire year.
