2017 Changes
Important Changes at AGED, Inc. for 2017

As of July 1, 2017, AGED is implementing a new software system for managing Trust Accounts, which will allow us to more efficiently serve the needs of our clients.
What this means for our clients:
Deposits
- Trust account numbers are changing as of July 1, 2017.
- Automatic Transfers must be changed. Any electronic (ACH) transfers going into your current trust account must be stopped or changed to go into your new trust account as of July 1, 2017.
- AGED can now setup an automatic transfer from your bank account into your trust account. Complete the Client Authorization for Direct Transfer VIA ACH form (click link for form), and return it to AGED along with a voided check or letter from the bank showing checking and routing numbers.
- Deposits via Mail: There will be no changes. You may continue to mail checks to AGED to be deposited into your trust account.
- Deposits at a bank branch: As of July 1, 2017 deposits will need to be made a SunTrust bank branch. AGED will be providing detailed deposit instructions in early June.

Disbursements / Payments From Trust Accounts
- AGED will be able to send electronic (ACH) payments to anyone we are paying by check currently. If you would like to change to an electronic (ACH) payment, please contact AGED at 407-682-4111.
Statements
- Trust statements will be easier to read.
- Advocates will have the option for online access to view statements and account activity.
- Statements will now come from AGED, and will be mailed on a quarterly basis. The December statement will include the activity for the entire year.
- Statements coming from Wells Fargo or SunTrust will be discontinued once the transition is complete.
New Forms
Client Authorization for Direct Transfer VIA ACH form – Allows AGED to transfer funds from a client’s checking / savings account to their trust account.
Client Deposit Instructions for AGED Trust Deposits – New deposit instructions for AGED Special Needs Trusts effective July 1, 2017 *Please call the office to obtain deposit instructions*
Client Deposit Instructions for Florida Public Guardianship Trust Deposits – New deposit instructions for Florida Public Guardianship (FPG) Trusts, effective July 1, 2017 *Please call the office to obtain deposit instructions*
Online Access Form – Use this form to request a user name and password for AGED’s new online system. This gives you access to view account activity and receive statements online.
